Jay Twell, M.Ed.
Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Next Level. A veteran in the strength & conditioning field, Jay has worked with some of the leading coaches in the world, including sprint coach Loren Seagrave and has trained athletes at the highest levels in many sports. He continues to share his passion for educating and coaching athletes of all ability levels. Jay's experience includes:
University of Delaware: assistant strength coach in charge of men's lacrosse, men's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving
Auburn university : Asst strength coach for men's baseball
IMG academy; in charge of junior program tennis, assistant with NFL combine, MLB pre-season training
Senior sports performance director for velocity sports performance 2003-2006. Tasked with creating, teaching and implementing complete speed, movement and strength curriculum to over 70 franchises.
NSCA sport specific conference January 2007; lecture on Recovery mechanics in maximum velocity running.
